Derby and Burton Hospitals Charity and Dumfries and Galloway Health Board Endowment Fund have each received £2,000.

Roof tile manufacturer, Russell Roof Tiles, has donated £4,000 between two life saving charities local to its sites in Burton on Trent and Lochmaben.

Like many businesses, the roof tile manufacturer felt the damaging impact of Covid-19 but is committed to continue supporting local causes.

Russell Roof Tiles is the largest independent manufacturer of concrete derivatives in the UK pitched roofing market, employing around 140 staff at three sites which covers 22 acres in Scotland, and two in Burton on Trent.

Derby and Burton Hospitals Charity and Dumfries and Galloway Health Board Endowment Fund have each received £2,000.

Derby and Burton Hospitals Charity delivers outstanding care for local people, bringing together expertise of over 18,000 staff across five hospital sites. Each year, the trust provides funds that improve patient welfare, equipment, research and staff training.
