Sovini Construction sponsor Merseyside’s first LGBTQ+ women’s football team

Inclusion Plus FC was established to support positive mental health and to promote inclusion across the local LGBTQ+ community.

Sovini Construction, part of The Sovini Group, have sponsored Merseyside’s first LGBTQ+ women’s football team, Inclusion Plus FC.

Inclusion Plus FC, who compete in the region’s first female only league, LCFA Sefton, was established to support positive mental health and to promote inclusion across the local LGBTQ+ community.

Sovini Construction is sponsoring the team to promote equality, diversity and inclusion for colleagues, customers and communities alike.

The sponsorship deal follows the recent appointment of The Sovini Group’s new female Chief Business Officer, Anita Harrison-Carroll, who champion’s fellow females into the construction industry and strives to create an inclusive workplace for all to thrive in.
