About You

You will need:

  • Proven experience selling HVAC, energy efficiency, waste-water or built-environment solutions into the social housing sector.
  • Strong understanding of housing associations, their procurement cycles, asset management priorities, and regulatory pressures.
  • A track record of winning specifications and securing long-term commercial outcomes through value-led consultation.
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders — from development directors to asset leads and procurement heads.
  • Commercial sharpness, resilience, and the ability to open conversations, build trust, and create momentum in a complex environment.
  • Autonomy, drive, and the hunger to shape a fast-growing market channel.
