Currently we are looking for an exceptional Area Technical Sales Manager for the South East Region, ideally with technical sales experience of Building Envelope Systems or fixing systems, who is ready to take their career to the next level. This opportunity offers a competitive salary package and Uncapped Commission starting at 20% of annual salary.

Objectives:

  • Achieve budgeted turnover and profitability targets
  • Manage and develop new business in the defined sales region through a consultative sales approach
  • Represent the company in a professional and proficient manner at all times

Principal duties:

  • Manage key accounts within sales territory
  • Develop new and existing business within the region by working with sub-contractors, key OEM and distribution partners
  • Provide technical/consultative sales support by networking and building strong working relationships within all departments of the customer/client. This includes areas such as technical, estimating, purchasing and contracts managers.
  • Ensure you have good product and application knowledge at all times
  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided at all times
  • Maximise profitability whilst securing the business
  • Pro-actively seek and secure projects within your sales region
  • Work closely with your peers to fully leverage all opportunities
  • Understand your competitors and report back on a regular basis any information of note
  • Complete all sales administration as required in full and on time

  • Able to fulfil administrative duties linked to functional role such as updating company CRM, completing expenses and populating sales meeting reports.

Salary Package:

  • Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
  • Uncapped Commission, starting at 20% of annual salary on completion of targets.
