Our client is a well-respected timber & builders’ merchant. Due to their continued success and expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity as we are recruiting a Trade Counter Sales person to join their team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers arriving at the branch
  • Service customers over the trade counter and over the telephone
  • Provide good customer service and good advice on products for their customers
  • Make proactive sales calls to new and existing customers 

The ideal candidate would have a good knowledge of timber and building materials and have a good understanding or the construction supplies industry. However our client are open to looking at people who have worked in either trade or retail merchants as counter sales.
