Worcester, Bosch Group has been recognised within the social housing sector for going the extra mile with their customer support and has taken home the Boiler Manufacturer Customer Service Award at this year’s Association of Gas Safety Managers (AGSM) Supplier Excellence Awards.
The new Supplier Excellence Awards, held on 3 November, were launched following the successful AGSM Gas Safety Awards and are designed to help promote the importance of collaboration and innovation in the heating and hot water industry, as well as celebrate the supplier excellence. Among the attendees were social housing providers, contractors, manufacturers and other representatives from the industry.
Worcester was awarded the Boiler Manufacturer Customer Services category in recognition of its delivery of excellence in all areas and ongoing commitment to gas safety.
Paul Soper, national specification director at Worcester, Bosch Group, said: "To have been nominated and awarded the ‘Boiler Manufacturer Customer Services’ category, specifically within the Social Housing Sector, is recognition of not only the high quality products we bring to market but also the holistic support package we offer to our customers."
