Bradstone is investing further in its Bradstone Assured scheme, with the launch of a new guarantee and a redesign of its customer-facing online presence.

The Bradstone guarantee includes both a 10-year product guarantee and a five-year workmanship guarantee, and will now come as standard on agreed work delivered by Bradstone Assured approved installers. It is free of charge to the customer and is covered by quality-assessed, validated insurance policies.

Accompanying the launch of the guarantee is a redesigned Bradstone Assured web presence. A more consumer-focused design, new engaging videos, simple iconography and a step-by-step process have all been created to maximise homeowner enquiries. Installers also now have more control over their profiles and are able to include customer testimonials, awards achieved and links to social media profiles, as well as having the opportunity to upload up to 15 photos and/or videos of their work.
