Decorative garden structures and fencing company Grange has appointed Neil Taylor as its new managing director. This follows the retirement of Duncan Hill.

Mr Taylor has a 33 year track record in sales, marketing and general management in the automotive components, refrigerated transport and fire and security industries in the UK and internationally.

Commenting on his new role, Mr Taylor said: “I have always enjoyed working with manufacturing companies which combine heritage, operational excellence, market leadership and quality brands. Grange is no exception and I look forward to evolving the company to its full potential through strategic development, employee engagement and an increased emphasis on sales and marketing. There are some very exciting opportunities ahead for both Grange and its customers, which will come to fruition within the next two to three years.”
