Wrekin Products, manufacturer of civil engineering products, has appointed Carl Gibbon as supply chain & logistics manager.
Mr Gibbon brings with him a decade of experience working in supply, manufacture and distribution for automotive and aerospace manufacturing businesses.
His new position comes with a brief to build on Wrekin Products’ award winning service, and has been created in response to growth in demand and a subsequent increase in business complexity.
Mr Gibbon, a world champion sailor, said: “At Wrekin we know our customers value service highly and we take pride in our motivated, friendly staff. My challenge is to use my experience working with Toyota and Rolls Royce to provide the systems and leadership we need to ensure, as we grow, we continue to deliver consistently excellent service to our customers.”
