Nine Huws Gray employees recently took on a tandem sky dive at Whitchurch to raise essential funding for Hope House Children's Hospices.

After months of anticipation and build up to the big day, the Huws Gray team took on the sky dive on 19 September. Among the group were Colin, Thomas, Matthew, Paul, Gary, Steven and Karl from the Caernarfon branch, Owain Williams from Health and Safety dept. and Rob Hughes from the Wrexham branch.

A team spokesman said: "We had a fantastic day, it's an unforgettable experience and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The most exhilarating part is when you're in the plane looking down and ready to jump, there is no turning back once you're out of the plane. Freefalling in the sky was an amazing experience, we're glad we can support the fantastic work they do at Hope House Children's Hospices."

The team has already raised almost £4,000 for the hospice but it's not too late to sponsor the team - please visit their just giving page on: https://www.justgiving.com/caernrfon09/

Another Huws Gray team is taking part in a tandem sky dive soon.
