The Alresford branch of Covers, UK timber & builders’ merchants, has announced that it will be sponsoring Alresford Rugby Club during 2016.
The sponsorship funding from Covers will go towards supporting the club’s operations. The Covers brand will be displayed throughout the Rugby Club’s grounds and clubhouse and on their website.
Tom Martin, honorary club treasurer at Alresford Rugby Club, said: “We’re so grateful for the sponsorship funding that Covers has offered Alresford Rugby Club. Their money will go a long way to helping the future success of the teams.”
Established in 1991, Alresford Rugby Club field a first and second team, as well as a regular veteran and a mini rugby side. The first team is currently performing in the Snows Group Hampshire League 2, and the second team have recently entered the Hampshire Merit Table.
