Bristan has announced the winner of its first ‘Designer Collection Showroom of the Year’ award.

Following the first full year of trading for its Designer Collection products in 2015, Bristan designed this special award to recognise and reward the efforts of the showroom that had consistently demonstrated excellence across several areas. Key focuses include product displays, staff training and knowledge, customer service and marketing efforts.

Beating off stiff competition, Bathroom Centre in the West Midlands has been crowned the 2015 ‘Designer Collection Showroom of the Year’ winner with a special presentation ceremony in its Solihull showroom. In addition to the accolade and a trophy, the Bathroom Centre team also received a bottle of bubbly and retail vouchers.

Ian Hansell, general manager at Bristan, said: “While it was certainly a tough decision, with many of our showroom customers demonstrating an excellent all-round performance, Bathroom Centre really did stand out from the crowd.

“As a business which keeps its customers firmly at the core, Bathroom Centre boasts a very up-to-date product portfolio, knowledgeable team and great customer service. We’re therefore thrilled to be able to award them with this title in recognition of their continued hard work.”
