Rooflight specification is no longer driving customers and merchants ‘barking mad’ thanks to RUFUS!
The new online specifier tool from Whitesales is ensuring customers everywhere are getting exactly the right product they need for their project. The custom-built product configurator tool, named RUFUS (Reliable, Unique, Fast, User-friendly, Specifier) ‘builds’ a product spec as the user selects options through a maximum of seven steps.
RUFUS then generates a unique assembly part code that is used to order the exact product required.
Whitesales has also developed two versions of an online portal system for merchants – allowing them to place orders more easily. One version is for merchants wanting to place orders and quotes directly and the other is for merchants using their own ordering systems.
