Hermitage Innovation Group, parent company of Border Merchants Systems, has bought a web development company, Wkdcode.
Border Merchants Systems, which provides software for builders’, plumbers’ and ironmongers’ merchants, will now have access to 14 full-time UK based web developers to offer advice about e-commerce.
Wkdcode will be lending its expertise to help Border with Stratus 21 - its B2B web development business.

“Wkdcode brings the number of software companies in the Group to five and is evidence of our determination to grow and build a significant web development resource to help Border’s customers to develop their own unique businesses.”
