Fearless employees from Huws Gray’s head office recently took on a tandem sky dive to raise money for the UK Sepsis Trust.

Dafydd Hughes and Meurig Parry jumped 10,000ft at Whitchurch sky dive centre in Shropshire, raising more than £1,400.

The UK Sepsis Trust raises awareness of the infection among the public and health care professionals, encourages early diagnosis, lobbies politicians to improve standards of care, and provides support for sepsis survivors.

Hughes said: “Doing the sky dive was one of the best experiences of my life. We’ve taken part in a few charity challenges over the years but this was definitely up there with the toughest.

“The weather was great and after the freefall we were able to relax and enjoy the view all the way down to the ground.

“We would like to thank everyone who have sponsored us to raise essential funds. Every penny counts!”
