Huws Gray Ridgeons has recently implemented a series of improvements at its St. Neots branch.

Customers can now get what they need much quicker, as the layout of the yard has been improved to allow them better access. New timber racking has been introduced in branch, allowing for more stock in both volume and choice. Other changes include internal storage for insulation and increased ranges of bricks and blocks.

Customers at the St. Neots branch are also benefitting from better service and efficiency through an improved I.T. system and revamped layout making more staff available to help customers.

The St Neots branch opened in August 2012 at the site on Cambridge Road.

Branch Manager, Robbie Cannon, said: “It’s been a roller coaster ride, and we have faced many challenges on this journey but overall the changes have made the team stronger and given us a better trading position in the town.

“The increased stock ranges and branch layout has had positive effect with our customers and allowed the team to function more efficiently.

“The team and I see a bright future for St. Neots and with hard work and determination we will achieve our goals.”
