Pasquill is celebrating milestones in the careers of several long-serving colleagues.

Three employees in particular have reached significant milestones. They praised the company for valuing its staff and providing regular training and opportunities to develop.

Richard Singleton (left) has served with the company for a quarter of a century and in that time has progressed from a Site Manager to Operations Engineering Manager. He said; “The constant variety and fresh opportunities available have been a large influence in me being here for 25 years.

“To help me seize every opportunity, Pasquill has provided me with general, management and yellow and green belt training – all proving invaluable to my career. Culture is another integral factor; it feels like one large family which makes it a great place to be a part of.”

James Mann (centre), Senior Designer at Bury St Edmunds, is celebrating 15 years since beginning his career as a Trainee Designer. He added; “Pasquill offered me my first Designer role after finishing my degree and thanks to a range of training I’ve now progressed to Senior Designer.”

“There’s a great working atmosphere, and everyone is incredibly supportive of each other. The Pasquill team has always encouraged me to improve my skillset and provided great internal training which continues to improve year on year.”

Michael Atkinson (right), Production Manager at Chorley, started on the shop floor in 2004. He said: “During my time at Pasquill, opportunities arose and senior members were very supportive and recommended training courses to help me seize the chance.”

“I’m currently training for my Level 3 Management course which was also a suggestion of my manager, and now I want to use these skills to help others progress in their career.”

Ross Baxter, Managing Director of Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions, said; “Hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed. It’s really gratifying to see employees happy and progressing within the company, as our workforce is a key part of our success.

“We want all our colleagues to reach their full potential, and we’re committed to maintaining a culture of continuous development. Congratulations to all that have made it to these milestones; we are excited to see more in the future.”

Last month, Pasquill joined forced with International Timber, Roofspace Solutions and Scotframe to create a new Off-Site Solutions (OSS) Awards, in an attempt to recognise and highlight achievements of staff across all four businesses.
