Here they are – the brightest and best of the merchant industry 2009. Champions in what was probably one of the most difficult years in living memory – men and women who have achieved the best for their companies with tireless work and constant innovation.

Over 380 people attended the event at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on 20 November 2009. This year’s host was BBC broadcaster John Inverdale.
