STOKE-ON-TRENT: Recticel Insulation Products has announced a number of organisational changes that have been introduced to further improve the effectiveness and levels of customer support provided by its Stoke and Wolverhampton-based business operations.

As from 1 January 2011 Chris Hall moves to the position of commercial director. Mr Hall was previously sales and marketing director and he will retain strategic responsibility for sales and marketing. However he will also take on a wider role focused on improving the commercial performance of the Recticel business.

Richard Milward takes on a new role as field sales manager responsible for the external sales activities of both Recticel Insulation Products and its sister company, gradient flat roofing. Mr Milward was previously sales manager with Wolverhampton-based Gradient, where he will retain responsibility for the internal sales team.

Mr Milward will work closely with Nathan Whitehall who moves from his previous position as commercial manager to become sales administration manager for Recticel. This will see Mr Whitehall take on an additional brief to develop more proactive internal selling activities and to extend the company’s internal sales function.

“These moves represent a significant step forward,” says Chris Hall. “They will help us achieve a more focussed approach which we believe is the key to success in the future. Our primary aim is to help and support our customers by providing high-quality insulation products and services which satisfy their every need. With this in mind we will shortly be expanding our product and service development activities and together with our new structure this will make us ideally placed to achieve that aim.”
