The summer phase of Sadolin’s Golden Ticket sales campaign is now under way and to promote its woodstains, varnishes and preservative treatments, the woodcare specialist is giving away thousands of Mitre footballs during July.
Hundreds of merchants and specialist decorating outlets across the UK who participate in the Golden Ticket promotions will be able to give free footballs to customers purchasing 5 litres or more of almost any Sadolin product during the promotional period (offer ends 31 July, or until gift stocks are exhausted).
The 5 litre purchase can include any combination of Sadolin woodcare products, for interior or exterior use, (with the exception of Timberstain and Shed and Fence Protection).
That means there are opportunities for stockists to upsell to premium ranges such as Sadolin’s Ultra®woodstain system, and long established favourites such as Classic and Extra, Quick Drying Woodstain and Superdec Opaque Wood Protection.
They can also reward customers buying products formulated for more specific applications such as Sadolin Decking and Stain Protector, Polyurethane Floor Varnish and Ultimate Wood Treatment.
Sharon Smith, Sadolin’s brand manager, said: “We’re sending Golden Ticket promotional packs out to every registered stockist placing orders for 50 litres or more of Sadolin products during the campaign period.
“Each pack contains 10 Mitre footballs, plus merchandising material, a tin of biscuits for the staff to share, plus an entry into our Golden Ticket prize draw, which offers the chance to win £100 worth of Capital Bond vouchers.”
