A new DIY store is to open in Ross-on-Wye on the site of the former Focus store.
Baileys DIY will include a paint and decorating centre, DIY and home improvement products, pet care and pet food.
Relaxation of planning conditions that govern what can be sold in the building is in discussion.
The move follows Labels Outlet Shopping's purchase of the building.
“Baileys has enjoyed a very successful trading partnership within Labels Outlet Shopping since the beginning of this year," said Ian Bailey, director of Baileys DIY. “Moving next door into our own stand-alone store will give us considerably more space to offer a much wider, more comprehensive line-up of products for both trade and DIY customers, which is great news for us, for Labels and most importantly, for our visitors."
Labels and Baileys will work in partnership to promote the Ross Park site, home to both businesses.
