More than 50 jobs have been created in and around Isleworth, as Selco Builders Warehouse prepares to open the doors to its 19th London branch on 1 September.

Former world darts champion Mark Webster will make an appearance at the new branch’s official opening, as the special celebrity guest. He will take on customers, staff and members of the public in a series of special darts challenges between 5pm and 7.30pm.
Mark Bootle, branch manager at Isleworth, said: “It’s been an exciting period preparing for the opening and we have recruited a very strong team of staff from the local community.
“It should be a fantastic launch day with the additional bonus of having one of the best darts players in the world to provide a real sporting challenge.”
Selco will also make a cheque donation to Macmillan Cancer Support, its nominated charity, at the official opening.
The Isleworth branch will offer an extensive range of building materials, drainage, roofing, heating, plumbing and electrical products, a range of timber including a bespoke cutting service, doors and windows, ironmongery and fixings, decorating supplies, landscaping and fencing items, as well as kitchen and bathroom showrooms – plus Selco’s latest initiative tool and plant hire.
As with all Selco branches, there will be an in-branch café, trade counter services, direct-to-site delivery options and van size parking spaces.
