Keyline has appointed a senior manager to continue the next phase of growth within its utilities division. John Oakes joins as national sales office manager for utilities.

Mr Oakes will be responsible for managing the pricing of Keyline’s utilities offering to the water, power, telecoms and gas industries, as well as developing the company’s service proposition.

With over 30 years of sales experience within the construction industry, Mr Oakes joins Keyline from Jewsons, where he held the position of branch manager.

He said: “I couldn’t turn down the opportunity to come and work for Keyline, which has a fantastic reputation across the industry. I’m looking forward to building on the excellent work carried out by the company over the last few years in order to further cement its position as a market leader.”
