Cheshire Mouldings has been named in the London Stock Exchange’s annual report as one of the ‘1000 Companies to Inspire Britain’ for the third year running.

The report highlights the fastest-growing and most dynamic small and medium sized businesses across the country. The companies selected needed to demonstrate not only positive revenue growth over three years, but also outperform their sector, their peers and drive innovation and job creation.

As a stair part manufacturer, supplying both independent and national merchants across the country, Cheshire Mouldings has experienced significant growth over the years. Despite the significant challenges faced by businesses in 2020, the family-owned company has continued to implement its £2 million expansion plans that will enable it to increase production and distribution whilst securing and creating jobs within the local area.

Cheshire Mouldings’ Managing Director, John Carney said: “To be recognised by the London Stock Exchange for the third consecutive year is a brilliant achievement for our team, our goal since starting the business, more than 30 years ago, was to be the very best and we have maintained this goal by continually developing and maintaining our service, choice and value.

“Our wealth of experience has also allowed us to fine tune our offering to suit the needs of our merchants and their customers. Our commitment to product development has seen new stair part ranges developed to mirror latest trends and styles, whilst the introduction of new literature, including interactive options, an updated website and improved fitting instructions across all ranges provides stockists and all the support they need at their fingertips.

“I am extremely excited to see what we can achieve over the next few years.”
