Graham Plumbers’ Merchant has recently launched a new online shop with eBay Stores, called Graham Outlet.
With the pandemic, the various lockdowns and customers' desire to remain social distanced while satisfying a renewed interested of home improvements, merchants with e-commerce facilities have reported a sharp rise in online sales during most of 2020.
The new store, which effectively works as a second website for Graham, is powered by ebay's technology and is part of the ebay website (at www.ebaystores.co.uk/grahamplumbers1). The company can therefore benefit from the "footfall" generated by searches on ebay, rather than just the direct traffic on its own website which remains separate from the new online store.
With an easy to navigate side menu, users can browse all of the products currently stocked on the Graham Outlet page, with more items added daily. The homepage includes the featured products and popular categories, as well as available deals (the store currently offers up to 50% of RRP on many products).
Customers receive free delivery within the UK and a 30-day returns policy. If ordered before 12pm on a weekday, products are dispatched the same day.
