The Technical and Customer Service Departments are now available to answer calls and provide support via email from 7.30am every weekday through to 6pm Monday to Thursday and 5pm on Fridays

The Technical and Customer Service Departments at Grant UK have increased the hours of support that they are on hand to help customers during the working week.

Both teams are now available to answer calls and provide support via email from 7.30am every weekday morning through to 6pm Monday to Thursday and 5pm on Fridays.

In line with the Company’s expanding range of product lines and extensive offering of sustainable heating solutions, Grant UK has announced that the level of customer support provided by its Technical and Customer Service Departments is increasing.

The phone line opening hours for both departments have been extended allowing customers who require technical assistance or support for its Grant product to turn to Grant UK earlier in the morning and later in the day. The new phone line opening hours will enable Grant UK’s Technical Advisors and Customer Service Team to be on hand to assist customers during more hours of the working week.

The new operating hours for the Technical and Customer Service Department phone lines are 7.30am through to 6pm every Monday to Thursday and 7.30am through to 5pm on a Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Combined, these new hours will provide an additional nine hours of customer support for installers, service engineers and end-users.

Working alongside Grant UK’s Field Service Engineers out in the field, the Technical and Customer Service Teams can assist with a wide spectrum of product support from installation queries through to post-sales customer care, helping heating engineers and their customers throughout all seasons of the year.
