Permaroof has partnered with New Zealand-based Tilcor Roofing Systems to become a UK stockist of its textured-finished Bond tiles.
Tilcor’s Bond tile, which launched in New Zealand in 1989, come with a 50-year warranty, and are 30% quicker to install and 70% lighter than ‘traditional’ roof tiles. They are suitable for roof pitches as low as 12.5 degrees, as well as being wind-tested to 100mph. They are low maintenance, non-combustible, and infinitely and 100% recyclable.
Tilcor is manufactured by the Ross Roof Group, which has been involved in roofing over five generations since 1942. Its stone-coated roof systems incorporate Zincalume protective steel, which gives the tiles a significantly longer service life than typical galvanised tiles.
