As Geberit moves into the next phase of its development, the company has reorganised its executive team, with new directors to lead its sales and marketing teams.

Following the acquisition of Sanitec and the launch of the Geberit Bathroom Collection, specification and retail sales are being brought together under the leadership of Raffaela De Vittorio as UK sales director – specification and retail. Previously marketing and brands director, Ms De Vittorio has spent the last three and a half years establishing the Geberit marketing team and project managing the build of the company’s new head office in Warwick.

Ms De Vittorio has been with Geberit since 2003 and before joining the marketing team in 2013, she held the role of business manager for Geberit AquaClean UK, successfully creating the category for high-tech shower toilets and enhancement seats. In her new role Ms De Vittorio will be responsible for a team of 43 focusing on the needs of retailers, architects and the care industry.

Meanwhile, the teams of marketing and product management have joined together under the leadership of Brent Hudson, as marketing and products director. Mr Hudson joined Geberit at the time of the Santiec acquisition as product and technical director, having previously headed up Twyford’s UK sales and marketing operation.

In his new role, Mr Hudson will oversee a team of 32, with overall responsibility for Geberit B2B and B2C marketing, technical support and product management of the company’s piping, sanitary systems and ceramics categories.

“In the two years since the completion of the Sanitec acquisition, the business has achieved a huge amount, very much concentrating on organisational development, training, integration and one company trading. This new phase of our development focuses even more on process improvement and sales growth, based on the synergy that Geberit and Twyford offer us in the UK market,

said Mark Larden, Geberit UK’s managing director.

“I am extremely excited by this evolution of our structure and the next phase in our business development, and I’m very confident of Geberit meeting the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. I would like to congratulate Raffaela and Brent on their new positions and responsibilities and wish them all the very best in the future.”
