WOLVERHAMPTON: Staff at Carvers Building Supplies were certainly getting in to the spirit of things during their recent Electric 80's themed Bonanza Day promotion.
Members of staff dressed up in 80’s gear to celebrate the opening of the Rayton electrical counter within the Carver premises, which will be stocking thousands of electrical lines to both the trade and general public.
Builders and trade customers alike enjoyed an all day brunch and took advantage of heavily discounted prices and products on the day. Staff held a darts contest and a Who’s Who competition, using old photos of themselves, back in the 1980’s.
Simon Johnson, sales director of Raytons was delighted with the event and comments “It has been a tremendous day, very lively and enjoyable. Raytons are delighted to have teamed up with Carvers in this venture and we look forward supplying customers from our new electrical counter within the Carver premises.”
