MIDLANDS: Security specialist Yale has promoted Vicki Hawkes to the role of regional sales manager for the Midlands, Mid Wales and Lincolnshire, with responsibility for supporting merchant and retail customers.
Ms Hawkes has worked with ASSA ABLOY for seven years; in customer services for UNION for two years, then Yale customer services for five years.
Commenting on her plans, Ms Hawkes said: “I’ve worked for ASSA ABLOY for seven years in total and I’m really looking forward to forging even stronger relationships with customers throughout the whole of the Midlands, Mid Wales and Lincolnshire.
“I believe I can bring a fresh perspective to this role as I have my first two years Guild of Architectural Ironmongers membership and a wealth of product knowledge to help merchants increase sales.”
