NOTTINGHAMSHIRE: Property repair and maintenance firm Rok has signed a contract with Inter Partner Assistance – part of AXA Assistance – to provide home emergency services to UK customers.

Rok anticipates the contract will lead to a significant increase in the volume of 365-response claims it handles with an expected contract value of £40m over three years.

Rok's 24-hour contact centre in Mansfield will handle the service delivery across the country with the majority of heating, plumbing and electrical repairs being carried out by Rok employed technicians.

Inter Partner Assistance has been offering home and property assistance services in the UK since 1986 and is one of the largest property emergency assistance providers in the financial services market.

Rok's chief executive, Garvis Snook, said: "We have formed a long-term strategic partnership with AXA Assistance to provide a best in class home emergency service."
