COVENTRY: Plumbers merchant, Graham, has launched an app for the iPhone allowing professionals to locate Graham branches, receive exclusive offers and access directions to the branch they are visiting.
Free to download from the iPhone App Store, the Graham app is designed so that the user can then focus on a specific area in which they are working. By allowing the app to pinpoint the location, plumbers can see at a glance the ten closest branches to their current position and a built in route finder will navigate the user to the branch selected.
In terms of offers, users are able to view details with the app of Graham’s bi-monthly publication ‘Real Deals’ which features offers across plumbing and heating products, renewables, bathroom suites, tools and accessories and spare parts. In addition, users are also able to access exclusive offers, which are regularly updated, and are available only to those who have downloaded the app to their phone.
For plumbers looking to contact the branch directly, the app also allows the user to email the branch manager or call the branch selected with any queries they may have.
