BIRMINGHAM: The industry continues to show strong support for the 2011 Totally Shows, which will run on 6, 7 and 8 February, in Hall 11 at the NEC Birmingham.

The latest signings include substantial stand bookings and a welcome return for Everbuild Building Products and Tor Coatings, both long time supporters of the show.

Other rebookings include AP Lifting Gear, Ciret, Exakt Precision Tools, Isaberg Rapid, M Marcus, Mirka Abrasives, Route 1 Group, Select Hardware, Sika UK, SMC Corporation, Spin Secure, Trendsure and Trimaco.

New companies to the show include French company Cadiou-Industrie, which manufactures all types of garden gates and fencing, Competitor Detective, which offers independent range and price analysis for both retailers and suppliers, Fusion DIY, Nippon/Vitax, manufacturers of a wide range of garden and horticultural products, Power-Less, which will be launching a brand new decorating tool at the show, Rigby Taylor Paints and Williams Wheel (Abrasives).

There is also a welcome return to the show for door furniture supplier Dale Hardware and DK Tools, importer and distributor of Am-Tech Tools.

These bookings mean the shows will be bigger than 2010. The Totally Shows sales director Paul Grinsell explains: “Our shift to Hall 11 for 2011 enables us to increase the size of the shows by a third. To date we’ve sold the equivalent of 85% of the 2010 shows, so we’re well on track to create a larger exhibition next February. A wider choice and variety of exhibitors will be great news for our visiting retailers and buyers.”
