LONDON: B&Q and Homebase were voted the worst online shops in the UK.

A survey by consumer group, Which? voted LizEarle.com the best online retailer followed by ChainReactionCycles.com.

The two sites achieving a 94% and 93% customer score respectively.

The consumer group found homebase.co.uk and bandq.com/diy.com failed to impress customers on pricing and products. They had the lowest customer scores of all 78 sites rated at 52% and 50% respectively.

Delivery problems ranging from delays and over packaging to inconvenient time slots were the biggest annoyances for online customers, the survey revealed.

JohnLewis.com, cycle store wiggle.co.uk, and photography specialist 7DayShop.com shared third place.
