LEICESTER: Gavin Slark, the former chief executive of the BSS Group, and Roddy Murray, former finance director of BSS, are leaving the business following the takeover by Travis Perkins.
BSS managing directors will now report directly to John Carter, chief operating officer of Travis Perkins.
Mr Carter, supported by Norman Bell as integration director, is leading the integration programme.
