SOLIHULL: Plumbase, the Grafton owned merchant, has appointed Alan Penny as commercial manager and Mark Gibbon a national showroom business development manager.
Mr Penny has worked with national merchant businesses, most recently specialising in renewables and water conservation. Mr Gibbon has worked with sanitaryware manufacturers and in the national merchant trade.
