COVENTRY: Graham, the plumbers’ merchant has recently relaunched its Graham Rewards scheme, making it available to both trade cash and credit customers.

Following the successful redesign of its dedicated website, the scheme is now well underway, helping customers to earn greater rewards through purchases made through its network of 180 branches.

With many members already signed up to the scheme, Graham Rewards has proven to be incredibly successful. The process by which the scheme works is very simple yet provides members with an added incentive to buy from Graham.

After registering in branch or through the dedicated website, Graham trade customers can start earning reward points from their first purchase.

Members can redeem points against a whole range of products on offer in the Graham Rewards catalogue, with items ranging from iPods to SatNav systems. However, Graham recognises that not all products may be available in the catalogue and therefore offers a ‘Just Ask’ service allowing customers to request exactly what they are looking for.

Graham Rewards customers can also take advantage of fantastic partner offers that are negotiated by Graham on the customer’s behalf. Currently these include 60% off hotels and short breaks worldwide, eight free VIP tickets to Ministry of Paintball and comedy club and special deals on Ministry of Golf.

To help customers keep an eye on their current balance and to redeem reward points, the newly relaunched website allows customers to securely log-in to their account where they can access an online account overview outlining their total and recent points allocations in addition to placing points redemption orders.

Ian Kenny, marketing director from Graham, commented, “The Graham Rewards scheme is proving to be increasingly successful with trade customers and acts as an added incentive to buy from Graham whilst allowing us to reward our dedicated customer base.

"By providing customers with a remote log-in to their own account via the Graham Rewards website, the rewards scheme functions far more effectively making the entire process as simple as possible.”
