TAMWORTH: B&Q is to build a 45 000sq ft outlet in Tamworth. The B&Q site and three retail units of 35 000sqft are situated on Ventura Park Road.
Hessle-based PDR Construction has been awarded the £6m contract to build the B&Q site. Work is set to start on Monday and the units are due to be completed later this year.
