DONCASTER: CME Sanitary Systems has announced that it has become a member of the Wirquin Group.
Brian Watson, chief executive officer of CME Sanitary Systems, said: “This is a very exciting time for our business. As part of the Wirquin Group, we will be able to extend our market share and product range significantly, enhancing our commitment to our existing merchants, distributors and specifiers. There are major opportunities for us as a business and with the backing of the Wirquin Group we anticipate accelerated growth and market penetration with both existing and new customers as a result.”
Gwenhael Le Coent, European sales director at Wirquin Plastiques explains: “CME is an excellent strategic fit within The Wirquin Group, which will ultimately provide its customers with access to even more innovative and sustainable solutions. There are many synergies between the two businesses and we are looking forward to working with CME to expand the range on a global basis as a result of this move.”
