The small print

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all instructions set out below.

The competition is open to all residents of the UK over 18 years of age, except employees of Grundfos, the promoters and their families and anyone professionally connected to the competition (including the agent of the promoters).

No purchase is necessary to take part in the competition.

By submitting your entry you grant the promoters permission to use, reproduce, modify or distribute your entry in any form anywhere in the world and for any purpose.

Your details will be held in accordance with these terms and conditions and current data protection legislation.

There will only be one first place winner and one first place prize. The first place winner will be awarded the prize of a 64GB iPad with accessories.

There will be one second place winner and one second place prize. The second place winner will be awarded a Wi-Fi 32 GB ipad.

There will be 10 third-place winners with 10-third place prizes. The prize will be 10 pairs of tickets to a Saracens home game. Two tickets for each third place winner.

There will be 50 fourth-place runners up who will win a Grundfos fleece and 100 fifth-place runners up who will each win a Grundfos beanie hat.

The decision of the independent panel will be final in all matters relating to the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize is subject to availability. If, due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the promoters, the prize has to be changed at any time, the promoters reserve the right to provide an alternative prize in similar quality and value. No cash alternative shall be available.

The promoters will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the competition or the prize for any reason which falls outside their reasonable control.

The competition starts on Thursday 10 March. The entry must be received by midnight, 3 July 2011 through the Grundfos Ecademy website.

The correct answers and details of the winners will be announced in writing in a future issue of Builders’ Merchants News and on its website www.buildersmerhcantsnews.co.uk, LGN and HVP.

The winner may be required to participate in publicity, which may include his/her photograph being taken for publication in Builders’ Merchants News and for publicity in association with Grundfos Pumps.

The competition is governed by the law of England and Wales.

The prize is non-transferable.
