DUBLIN: Gillian Bowler has resigned from the board of Grafton Group after sixteen years as a non-executive director.
Michael Chadwick, chairman, praised Bowler for her contibution to the business and her insight.
In December, Ms Bowler also said she will resign as chairman of Irish Life & Permanent when her successor is found.
