LEAMINGTON SPA: Spare parts specialist Parts Center is extending its range to include spares for showers from four leading shower manufacturers.
Using the Parts Identification System, Parts Center staff are able to quickly and accurately identify spares for showers made by Mira, Aqualisa, Grohe and Triton.
With all the line drawings held on the system and the fast-moving lines coded for immediate identification and selection, customers will be able to purchase all the spares they need under one roof.
Stock of the fast-moving showering spares is being held in selected branches but if a part is not available for immediate collection, next-day delivery can be arranged. Online ordering is also available 24/7, said Colin McGregor, the company’s trading director.
"We have been able to get showering spares for our customers in the past, but we wanted to be able to offer a more comprehensive service with the most popular product lines held in stock for immediate collection.
“Longer term, the plan is to increase the range further to include showering spares from all the other leading shower manufacturers, with stock available for immediate collection at selected branches.”
Parts Center carries over 35 000 product lines in 200 locations nationwide.
