GUALTIERI, ITALY: Burdens Utilities has announced a partnership with SAER Elettropompe to bring the Italian-made pumps back into the UK.
With a growing market for 'complete package' solutions in the utilities sector, Burdens Utilities has been building up its product ranges. The company identified pumps as a range that it was not fulfilling, but which had potential. A deal was brokered in the autumn of 2010 with the Italian company.
SAER is a family-run pump manufacturer based in northern Italy. It operates in over 120 countries with a comprehensive product range. The company prides itself on making its products entirely on site instead of importing parts for assembly, which puts it in complete control of quality and development.
Burdens is promoting its deal with SAER UK with maketing campaigns, literature and a new website devoted entirely to the pump market.
