WARWICK: Showing installers more ways to save ‘Triton TI:ME’ at every shower installation, the company has added a video player to its website and YouTube channel.
Complete with 15 information animation and video clips, it has been designed for installers to help them prepare for the next job or to quickly check technical options at any point of the installation.
With 'how to' information and quick installation tips, the clips can be viewed for a refresher or as a step-by-step guide to Triton's latest time-saving products.
A number of the videos are also hosted by the same technical team, on hand to answer installers' site-specific questions over the phone or email.
The educational style videos cover the shower basics such as 'what is a mixer shower', what is thermostatic temperature control', and 'kW numbers explained' and are tools for installers to direct their customers and help them to make decisions.
