Mark Allen joins Howden as non-exec director

LONDON: Mark Allen has been appointed as an independent non-executive director at Howden Joinery Group from the end of the month.

He will also be a member of the audit, remuneration and nomination committees.

Mr Allen is chief executive of Dairy Crest Group.
