NORTHAMPTON: Independent builders merchant, Hevey Building Supplies, last month held an open day to mark the launch of its revamped Timber depot.
The Hevey Timber branch in Studland Road, Kingsthorpe has recently undergone a refurbishment and is now a lot bigger, displaying an extensive range of products. The launch was extremely well attended by both existing and new customers, who were able to set up trade accounts plus well-known industry suppliers including Makita and Stanley, who offered exclusive trade deals on the day.
John Shaw, branch manager at Hevey Timber Northampton said, “It was great to invite the customers we’ve been trading with for the last five years to come along and see the new branch and also thank them for their custom. With our bespoke joinery offering we’re a one stop shop for all customers’ timber requirements.”
The depot stocks timber products of all sizes for building and joinery requirements including flooring, decking, fencing, doors, windows, sheet materials and a wide range of power tools. Hevey, which has three further branches in the county, has achieved Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) accreditation, which guarantees its timber products are all sourced from responsibly managed and renewable forests.
