KENT: BSS Industrial has named its Dartford branch as 'best in class' at an annual award ceremony for its business managers. The same event saw Stuart Holland crowned as the top performing salesperson of 2011.
All 60-plus branches of BSS Industrial were judged on profit performance and contribution in addition to a number of customer service measurements. Regional winners included Coventry, Stockton and Dartford, with the latter emerging as top of the table. Stuart Holland was recognised for his excellent levels of customer service throughout the London and South East area.
Peter Sullivan, BSS Industrial operations director, said: "It is important to recognise the fantastic work that takes place at BSS Industrial branches across the UK on a daily basis. Achieving the Branch of the Year or Salesperson of the Year award is an outstanding achievement and a testament to our objective of continuously improving our levels customer service."
