FARNBOROUGH: TradePoint manager Gary Brant with members of the TradePoint team at the Farnborough store to celebrate the trade only building suppliers’ first anniversary.

Yesterday, TradePoint opened its doors to the tradesmen of Farnborough to celebrate the trade only building suppliers’ first anniversary.

TradePoint has rolled out 124 TradePoint counters across the UK in the last year and is celebrating by running a number of VIP Open Days for it’s customers between now and November.

Both TradePoint members and non-TradePoint members in the area were invited down to the Farnborough store to have a behind the scenes tour of the trade counter, with the chance to meet the team and understand how TradePoint works. From how to take advantage of free next day delivery to site to the 60 days free credit to help out small businesses, the insight into TradePoint was welcomed by local tradesmen.

Customers also got the chance to see up close the brands that are available at TradePoint, including Ford who showcased its new range of vans. As well as this the trade were kept fed with free bacon rolls all day as they got to know their local trade manager better.

Gary Brant, manager at TradePoint Farnborough said: “We’ve had a great day today giving our customers the VIP tour and showcasing exactly how the team works. We’re here to make it easier for tradesmen to run their businesses with over 14 000 products all at trade prices.

"It seems like it was only yesterday that we opened and we’re looking forward to another successful year.”

Over the coming weeks, 38 open days across TradePoint counters will continue to help inform members and non members about the benefit of being a TradePoint member.
