DUBLIN: Gavin Slark, chief executive of the Grafton Group yesterday announced the appointment of Mark Kelly to the position of chief executive of Grafton Merchanting GB with effect from 1 February 2012.
Mr Slark said: "Mark is currently chief executive (UK and Ireland) of BDR Thermea and has been responsible for businesses such as Baxi, Potterton, Heatrae Sadia and Valor. He is an experienced chief executive and has previously held senior positions at IMI plc, Novar plc and Mars GB.
"Mark joins us at an exciting and challenging time in the development of GMGB and I am sure that you will all join me in welcoming him to the Group."
