NORTHAMPTON: A new look sales suite at Gibbs & Dandy’s Northampton branch has been unveiled, designed to enhance the customer experience and increase profitability.

Part of a redevelopment programme of all the branch’s facilities, the new sales suite has been completely remodelled, as well as relocated from its previous inaccessible position to the showroom floor.

Gibbs & Dandy’s refurbishment combined with the appointment of new sales rep, Kirk Pawlikowski, has already had a positive impact on sales, with a noticeable increase in the past month since its unveiling.

Northampton branch manager, Nick Georgiou, said: “This is the first stage of an important redevelopment for the branch, designed to boost business after what has been a difficult year -contending with road works around the site and the general slowdown in the home improvement market.

“The pick up in business that the new sales office has generated has already justified the investment. As well as being far more accessible, the open plan suite is much more hospitable, encouraging customers to spend time talking through their projects with our sales reps and enabling us to develop better relationships with our customers.

“We’ve had really positive feedback from our customers, who recognise that the investment into our branch infrastructure is mutually beneficial, creating an environment where they feel the can come in and speak to our experts for advice or just a catch up.”
